Multicultural Queensland Month 2026
Multicultural Queensland Month (MQM) is an annual celebration which brings people of all backgrounds together. It focuses on the great things we share as Queenslanders—our values, our way of life, our cultural traditions, and our unique life experiences.
This year’s celebration is about bringing people together through food, music, art, sport and community events. Across the state, everyone is invited to connect and celebrate the many cultures and communities that contribute to our way of life.
From local festivals and neighbourhood gatherings to sporting events and cultural celebrations, MQM 2026 is one of our biggest and most exciting programs yet. Wherever you are in Queensland, there’s a way to be part of the celebration.
